DELIVERY
UK Mainland
All deliveries to the UK Mainland are made using next working day courier, DPD.  Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.  Consignments will require a signature so please use a work address if no-one will be home.

UK remote locations and Northern Ireland
Destinations to remote UK locations and Northern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Post. 

Europe
We ship to Europe using a Courier postal service, with delivery taking circa 1-3 working days.  Boots can be purchased direct  from the Shop, selecting your country when confirming your order. 

International Destinations
We ship outside the European Union using a Courier postal service, with delivery taking circa 1-5 working days. 

Unclaimed parcels (DPD)
If you are unable to receive the parcel then a card will be left through the door and two further delivery attempts will be made.  If, after the two delivery attempts, the driver is unable to deliver the item then the parcel will be held for five days, waiting for your instruction.  If no contact is made, the parcel will be returned to us and we will refund you, less £7.95 to cover the cost incurred for the returned parcel.  
To avoid this, we strongly advise that you use a work address, or leave shipping instructions, which can include a safe leaving place.

Refused parcels (DPD)
Parcels refused at a destination will be returned to us.  Upon the parcel being returned we will refund you, less £7.95 to cover the cost incurred for the returned parcel.

Royal Mail
Boots shipped via Royal Mail cannot be tracked.  No claim can be raised until 21 working days after dispatch.  Queries concerning delivery should not be made until 21 days after dispatch.

RETURNS POLICY
Wrong order / faulty boots
If you receive the wrong order or faulty boots, you MUST notify us within 7 working days of receipt, at mail@weddingtonboots.com and provide photographic evidence of any defects or details of the wrong order.  Weddington Boots come with a 6 month fair use warranty.

Changed mind / wrong size ordered 
If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size boots and/or need an alternative size, you MUST notify us within 7 working days of receipt, at mail@weddingtonboots.com.  We regret that we are unable to refund the postage for the cost of returning the boots to us, or the replacement dispatch cost.
